All orders are processed Monday through Friday between 11AM to 6PM, excluding weekends and holidays. If you need your order shipped out the same day, the order must be placed by 2 PM Eastern Time. All orders are shipped within 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days).
Once your merchandise has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. To track your shipment, please visit the USPS website at www.USPS.com.

If you live in Miami and wish to pick up your order at our boutique, please enter the code MIAMIPICKUP at checkout to deduct the shipping cost. Pick up orders will be ready the next business day after 12 PM. If you would like to pick up your order on the same day, please call us at 305-668-9521.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notifying you when your merchandise is ready for pick up.

Please note, we are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages. Therefore, it is very important to provide the correct mailing information when placing your order. Once you receive your email confirmation, please double check your mailing address provided. If you have entered an incorrect address you can make changes to your information ONLY if the order has not been packaged and shipped. If your order has shipped with an incorrect address, we must wait for your package to be returned to the boutique and then you must repurchase a new shipping label.
